Hi, I’m Claire!
I’m the owner and lead planner of Perfectly Planned Events Co., serving couples in the Kansas City and Springfield, MO areas. As a Missouri native, I’ve always loved this corner of the world, and for over 5 years I’ve had the joy of helping couples bring their wedding dreams to life.
My passion for creativity started when I was young with journals, painting, storytelling, and all things stationery lit up my world. I eventually found my calling in events, where my creative side and love for organization could truly thrive. Weddings are the perfect blend of beauty and logistics, and I find so much joy in walking alongside couples as they plan one of the most meaningful days of their lives!
My favorite part of any wedding day? Watching months of planning and designing come together and seeing the pure happiness on my couples’ faces as they create lifelong memories. It’s a true privilege to be trusted with such a meaningful milestone in your life!
When I’m not planning weddings, you’ll find me soaking up time with my friends and family, cooking up a storm in the kitchen, exploring farmers markets and new restaurants, practicing yoga, enjoying lake days, or rewatching FRIENDS or Mamma Mia for the hundredth time.
Think of me as your built-in bestie, your hype girl, problem solver, and professional champagne popper! I’m here to keep things light, fun, and stress-free while making sure your wedding feels like you in every single way. Helping people has always been one of my biggest passions, and being able to celebrate alongside my couples and create fun, lasting memories is one of my greatest joys!
My love for planning started long before weddings were even on my radar. Growing up, I was always the one helping my mom organize family vacations, holidays, and get-togethers. Making lists, thinking through details, and finding joy in seeing it all come together. I didn’t know it at the time, but those early experiences were planting the seeds for what would one day become my dream career.
While earning my degree in strategic communications at the University of Missouri’s journalism school, I discovered a natural pull toward events during my public relations coursework. Something about combining creativity, storytelling, and organization clicked for me, I knew I had found my calling.
After college, I dove into the wedding industry and gained invaluable hands-on experience working alongside incredible planners who taught me what it truly means to serve couples during such a monumental season of life. Those years shaped my approach: calm, collaborative, detail-driven, and always focused on creating a planning journey that feels just as joyful as the wedding day itself.
Today, as the owner and lead planner of Perfectly Planned Events Co., I’m proud to serve couples with a planning experience that’s seamless, thoughtful, and full of heart. It’s my greatest joy to help bring your vision to life so you can soak in every moment of this once-in-a-lifetime chapter.
